The COMPACT SURGEMAN KEEPS:

Lateral thoracentesis in the fifth intercostal space (bilateral) 5. Lateral pleural drainage in the fifth intercostal space (bilateral). Diaphragmatic gastric hernia is available in the left thoracic cavity.
